After selecting and calculating the car, you come to our office and conclude an agreement on participation in the auction. You deposit a "Guarantee Deposit" - $500 into our company's bank account, which guarantees that after winning the car at the auction you will pay for your purchase and in the future the "Guarantee Deposit" remains as payment for our services. Before winning the car at the auction, you can terminate the agreement at any time and get your "Guarantee Deposit" back without any fees.

After payment of the INVOICE, the car is delivered by tow truck to the nearest port of departure. Within 10 days, the car is registered for export and loaded into a container (3 or 4 cars depending on the dimensions) and moves from the warehouse to the terminal for loading onto the ship.
Before loading, you receive additional photos of your vehicle as well as the container number, shipping line name, vessel name and arrival date.
You can also track the ship's movement along the route using the container number.
We proceed to the car auction - with the help of our experts, the condition and history of the vehicle are checked via Carfax/Autocheck before purchase, the seller is also checked, and the history of sales at the auction is checked. After the checks, we go to the auction to bid for the purchase of the car.
After winning a car at auction, we will issue you an INVOICE (invoice) which will indicate.
1. car price,
2.auction fee,
3.delivery to the USA port and delivery by sea to Klaipeda (Lithuania) or Odesa (Ukraine).
INVOICE is paid directly in the USA and is processed only through the system SWIFT at any bank in Ukraine within two business days.

Within 25 - 35 days the ship arrives at the port of destination Klaipeda (Lithuania) or Odesa (Ukraine)
The container is accepted and opened by our port forwarder, documents are drawn up and the car is prepared for shipment to Ukraine. If it is Odesa, then for customs clearance. Our brokers prepare an electronic declaration for customs clearance of the car and transfer it to customs. You go to the bank and pay for customs clearance of the car, after which the vehicle is delivered by a car carrier or tow truck across the Ukrainian-Polish border to the Galician customs in the city of Horodok, Lviv region (Ukraine), if it is a purchase through Klaipeda (Lithuania). If delivery through Odessa (Ukraine), the car is sent to Lviv
After the car arrives in Lviv, if the owner wishes, we repair the car, certify it and assist in registering it.
